SAP-Centric Projects

Designing such solutions requires a good knowledge of detailed functionality of the key tools, mainly of SAP (or Primavera or MS Project, for that matter). We have decades of experience with such tools and years with SAP-Primavera integration. Still we do not intend to teach you how to technically use or configure SAP. We explain how the building blocks need to be put together so that the overall solution can become a quantum leap in your overall ability to implement a seamlessly operating powerful project management system for complex projects and multiple layers of users.

We have a unique approach to designing such solutions and we have packaged some of them "out-of-the-box". Our unique approach is:

• Process and system centric;
• Independent of the tool(s) to be used;
• More comprehensive by differentiating between layers of players like owners (headoffice?), project controls, and contractor; and
• Considering technologies and system architecture.

We also cover process and industry specific aspects, including the integration into financial accounting, sales and distribution, or production planning.
