We are trying to cut through press releases disguised as "success stories", and through marketing brochuers. What you get here is raw information, experience, assessments and practical advise - based on decades of experience with project management using SAP. We also present our own conclusions in form of pre-packaged solutions. Such solutions are process-focused. They require to look at the big picture and establish a systematic framework in which all key project management functions can be performed effectively. The tools to be used (SAP-PS, SAP-PM, Primavera, MS Project, Other SAP modules, external software packages) are secondary as long as the process requirements are met.
