How do you set up an effective and efficient system that takes advantage of the strengths of SAP on an enterprise-level while also keeping control of the project level? Like with most questions about complex situations, you better take a step back and look at the bigger picture, zooming in from there. Because for a very good reason whatever our clients invested in SAP, it far outstrips what they invest in project management tools: It is the only fully integrated enterprise business management application and platform.
